Who runs the game

TankFight Arena, the website at tank-fight.com and the Android app, is run by Babak Solhjoo, trading as SolbaTechs, Rome, Italy. Questions about this policy or about your data go to support@solbatechs.com.

What we keep

• Account. Your username, your email address (used to verify the account and to reset a forgotten password), and your password, which is stored only as a salted hash. If you sign in with Google, we keep the account identifier and email address Google gives us instead of a password.
• Play. Match results, statistics, achievements, leaderboard standing, your credit balance, the tanks and weapon energy you own, your friends list and pending friend requests.
• Purchases. A record of each credit purchase: the pack, the price, the date and the reference we receive from Stripe (website) or Google Play (app). Card and bank details never reach us; Stripe and Google handle payment.
• Technical. Sign-in times, the pages of the game you open, and, in server logs kept for security, your IP address and browser or device type.

Why we keep it

To run the game: sign you in, match you with other players, keep the score, credit what you bought, show leaderboards, and answer support requests. To keep the game fair and safe: rate limits, abuse prevention, and diagnosing faults. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Who else sees it

• Stripe, when you buy credits on the website, and Google Play, when you buy them in the app.
• Google, when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Our email provider, to deliver verification and password emails.
• Our hosting provider, Hetzner (Germany), where the game servers and database run.

Each of them receives only what its job needs. There are no advertising networks in the game.

How long

Account and play data stay for as long as the account exists. Security logs are kept for a limited period and then discarded. Purchase records may be kept after an account is deleted where accounting law requires it, without the account they belonged to.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, and it takes effect immediately. In the game, open the account bar at the top of the main menu and press Delete account. The same steps, and a way to ask by email, are on the deletion page. Deletion removes your account, profile, credits, tanks, statistics, friends and purchase references. Match records keep only an identifier that no longer belongs to anyone.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly keep accounts for them. If one was created, write to us and it will be removed.

Security and changes

Everything travels over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and the servers are reachable only through the game. When this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
